I would like to keep you informed and safe, so I am sharing some important update regarding ingredient safety in nail products.

There have been posts circulating online that you may have seen recently about gel polish being “banned” due to a “toxic ingredient” and terrifying fertility risks.

I want to reassure all my clients — this statement is misleading. ✅

The ingredient this is regarding to, is TPO (Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide), which is being phased out in nail products due to new EU/UK regulations.

💡Let's have a look at some Important facts below:

• Gel polish has not been banned ❌
• There is no confirmed link between gel polish and fertility issues ✅
• The regulation simply ensures safer formulas moving forward
• This regulation only applies to EU currently, however this will also apply to UK in the near future.

Your safety is always my priority, which is why I only use trusted, high-quality, fully compliant products in the salon which are TPO free! You can book your nail appointments with complete peace of mind. 😊
