Good morning everyone, we just wanted to mention again about our 24 hour cancellation policy. We have had many people cancel a few hours before their appointment over the past few weeks or not turn up. We are normally very understanding when people have to rearrange, however due to high demand of appointments we will now be asking for 50% of your appointment price if you do not give us 24 hours notice.

Due to high demand of appointments we now have a new policy, you will have to give us at least 24 hours before cancelling your appointment if you do not do this we will have to charge you 50% of your appointment cost.

Any new customers that are having a colour will need to come in for a consultation and a skin test at least 24 hours before their appointment, you will them need to pay a 50% deposit and this will be taken off your total bill.

We are extremely busy at the moment so if we do not answer the phone when you ring please leave your name and number and we will get back to you as soom as we can.

Happy new year everybody!Following the update of us moving into tier 4, the salon is now closed until further notice. All customers that have appointments booked, I will contact as soon as we have a reopening date. If anyone else would like to make an appointment please send me a message and I will add you to a list for when we reopen.
