Not sure who else is feeling the anxiety over how to keep present and ‘in’ my business over the summer holidays….
But this is a warning that my social media presence will be scrappy!

Goals for the summer:
1. Catch up with Love Island 🏝️
2. Teach my daughter some stuff (so far not so good as 2 + 1 = “Loser” apparently 🧮 )
3. Enjoy client work 🤓
4. Read a self-development type book 📖

Introducing a 4-week exclusive group programme for busy mums running Sep-Oct 2026.
Hosts: Caz (Nutritional Therapist) and Hayley (Health Coach) have joined forces to reignite your energy and spark through a truly evidence-based and holistic approach.
We’ve designed this 4-week guided programme exclusively for mums who are ready to reclaim their health, energy, and confidence — with our expert support every step of the way.
We will kick off with a 2 hour in-person workshop on Saturday 12th September ( ) and 3 x online evening workshops (Thursdays, 7:30-8:30pm).
💛 This programme is for you if you’re ready for a pragmatic and practical approach to your health and wellbeing within a supportive community of like-minded mums.

This is a 30 min chat on the phone or video call (googlemeet), at a daytime on any weekday to suit you.
You can ask me about what a consultation entails and what you’ll receive from the process.
You can bring up your main health concerns and/or goals, so we can establish if I am a good fit for you.
I’ll let you know the level of commitment required on your end and how this may result in the health goals you are aiming for.
