Currently soaking up the Italian sunshine 🇮🇹☀️
Pool days, great company, a good book in hand, and SPF always packed ✔️
I thought restless nights were a thing of the past now I’m past the halfway point of menopause… but here I am again 🙃
Waking up at 4am.
So I’ve put this gem into my evening routine as a little ritual to help me switch off properly before bed… and stay asleep!💤 That’s the plan!
