It's been a while since I posted here.

This beautiful client wanted lip fillers and anti-winkle injections to forehead and eye area.
Due to amateur dramatics, she wanted a subtle look to both lips and have some movement in her upper face.

We also reduced some fine lines around the nasolabial folds with remaining filler.
I think she looks stunning 😍

The effects of Botox.

I keep getting asked if I have had my lips done.
I haven't.

I injected a small amount of botulinum toxin A into Depressor Anguli Oris muscle, which causes Marionette lines (grooves or furrows that run from the corners of the mouth downwards towards the jawline).
Often the corners of the mouth are turned downwards as well, leading to a sad, dissatisfied or scornful look.

This is two weeks after treatment and I will need a top up on one side as I can see asymmety between the two sides (although my entire face is asymetrical - I have come to terms with that), but I'm very happy with the end result, making my lips look fuller without the need for filler. Results will last between 3-6 months and then I will require top ups.

Check out the reduction of depth on vertical wrinkles. The horizontal frown lines are minimised and this is only their first treatment.
With continued treatments the depth will reduce further.

The aim for this client was for the reduction in wrinkles as they headed into a new decade of age, but still maintain some movement.
We achieved that by planning this treatment together.

It's my last clinic before I go off on my holidays and today is Anti-wrinkle and lip filler day working with the lovely .

I'm very fortunate to have experienced - Aesthetics Practitioners guiding and supporting me as I begin my own Aesthetics career. Something I know a lot of starters are not so lucky to have.
