Hello, I'm Amy. I have been training in massage since 2013. I hold a diploma level 3 in Holistic & Thai massage along with Reiki level 2.
I have recently completed remedial sports massage level 5. I am currently studying baby massage with Blossom & Berry.

I attended a 6 week self love & confidence course with the rebel girls club back in 2022. It was such a wonderful experience, learning so many new skills and connecting with so many lovely people. I actually found out I was 6 weeks pregnant at the last session of the course which was so special to have shared this time together.
Since then, I have worked with the rebel girls club offering massage treatments and massage workshops.
I feel so honoured to be a part of this and so excited to continue to work with such an incredible group of people.
I love to engage all the senses during my treatments, creating a deeply nurturing and immersive experience. I often work with aromatherapy oils, Palo Santo, or sage, allowing the natural scents to ground and cleanse the space before and during the session.
I close my treatments with a sound bath, using soothing tones and vibrations to encourage integration and calm. A rose quartz crystal is placed on the heart centre to invite love and healing energy, while a lavender-filled eye pillow rests softly over the eyes, encouraging complete surrender, rest, and peace.
It’s a sensory journey that honours both the physical and energetic body, inviting deep relaxation and reconnection.
I always love massaging out in nature whether that's outside or cosy inside a bell tent next to a warm, roaring fire.

What an honour to spend four days on post natal & baby shiatsu massage course.
We had a really lush group of wonderful women learning together. I can't wait to put into practice everything I have learnt, not just for the mother & baby but for the whole family unit.

Yesterday, I was able to offer a couple two massage treatments in the comfort of their own home just before their midwife appointment & I visited another lovely home straight after for another pregnancy massage.
