Yesterdays lunch was low fat, fresh and spiced. Stir fry with GF noodles and tempeh. Fermented soya beans good for phytoestrogens which I need plenty of atm!! This Menopause has given me new symptoms, never a dull moment eh! Pheeeew! Navigating life with the Menopause on top is a challenge for sure!! Thatโs why leaning into my wellness gets me through. Took 10 mins to make this and added tempeh protein helped with the celebration birthday cake afterwards!๐ฅณ๐ฅณ๐ My youngest turned 17!! ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ

Bright salad colours today even though itโs winter. Made this quickly for lunch. Slow roasted the tomatoes and are fashinable any season. Will serve with chicken. Low carb high protein dish. Who needs more protein? Menopause women!! I actually made it to the gym last night, and repeating again today. How are your joints? Iโve been batteling with my lower back, preventing me from going all in at the gym, and less exercise definitely impacts weight in Peri Menopause๐ฉ Mid life is all about adjustments. Doing less heavy weights while my back heals, but more reps (burn๐ฑ) . Anyway instastory youโve taken a hit as Iโm busy juggling life and finishing two courses getting more quals in trauma informed and relationship coachingโบ๏ธ. Have you heard of Estrobolome? These little bacteria in your gut play a key role in metabolising oestrogen. They influence weight by impacting on oestrogen balance, gut health and metabolic processes. ๐๐ If your diet is not where it should be, then this will have a negative impact on your Estrobolome. This negative impact can lead to either excess oestrogen or deficiency of oestrogen both of which affect fat distribution and weight.
