I’m always looking for ways to improve my knowledge & provide the best possible care for my clients. Ongoing education allows me to continue refining my skills & ensuring my clients receive safe, professional & up-to-date treatments (something I have always taken very seriously & pride myself on).

Last week, I travelled to Elim Headquarters near Luton to complete further pedicure training & I’m so excited to share that I have now received my updated certificate 😁🎓👣

Investing in additional training helps me continue offering the highest standard of care & allows me to keep developing the specialist skills that support my clients individual needs.

I’ve been doing a lot of work behind the scenes figuring out how best to serve my clients. I’m so excited to be able to share with you all something I’ve been working on.

Each treatment is tailored to the level of care & attention required, from essential maintenance to more specialist care, ensuring every client receives the time, patience & respect they deserve.

I’ve organised my services into 3 levels, so whether you’re booking for yourself or a loved one, it’s easy to find exactly the right level of care you need:

My most specialist level. Designed specifically for elderly & vulnerable clients or for treatments that need extra time, attention & a more gentle, experienced touch. Prioritising safety & long-term nail health using a preventative approach & specific, professional products.

🌿 Specialist Care
For clients who want beautiful, healthy nails & a little time just for them. Whether you’re keeping up with regular appointments, trying something new or wanting some detailed nail art, this is the level for you.

🌱 Essential Care
Essential nail care to help maintain good nail health & nails that are tidy, comfortable & well presented. Perfect for clients who work in healthcare, those that don’t like products on their nails or for my male clients.

Making sure Instagram & Facebook sees the good, the bad & the ugly.

It’s real life & I make mistakes sometimes. I’m not ashamed to admit it & I definitely try my best to resolve it & make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Last week I did a beautiful silver chrome set of nails & within 2 days the tips of the nails had chipped away. I asked my client to come back in so I could rectify it. Removed the top coat layers & chrome layer & applied a new layer of chrome making sure everything was capped & a lot cleaner the 2nd time around. 3 days later she messaged again to say they were chipped, yet again. Absolutely baffled at this point I made a story & asked other nail techs for advice. My client came back in a 3rd time & we played it safe & ended up having a silver cats eye instead.

So here’s a couple of pictures of another client with chrome nails all set ready to see Wicked 🧙🏾‍♀️ on the weekend. I used advice from a Gelish Educator, who very kindly took the time to explain a couple of things & gave me some great advice. Followed by the chipped nails of the silver chrome set.

Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 this will last a bit longer than 3 days & hopefully I’ve put things right now & learnt from the mistakes I made previously.

Dark nails with a Holographic Silver Chrome on top.

Having a dark colour underneath chrome gives a greater depth to the chrome & the holographic silver adds contrast in different lights.
