Christmas comes and goes too fast, the Christmas tree is down and the decorations are safely packed away in the loft for another year.

It's hard to believe that this time last week we were all still lounging around in our PJs and eating far too much Christmas treats!

Now the only sign that Christmas was here is our bulging waistline :) Oh dear time to hit the gym!!
