• Thick/coarse hair: 1–2 times per week
• I love Redken shampoo & conditioner 🥥

Always use a conditioner
• Moisture mask at least once per week
• K18 is my go to🫧

Make sure to use a heat protector
• Prevents heat damage
• Moroccanoil Protect Perfect Defence is another favourite
