To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Failure to attend or same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, consistent late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our small business.
