❣️ Updated Salon Policy ❣️

We have recently had an influx of questions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, bringing children to appointments, and other policies, so we’ve looked into it in a bit more depth spoken to our insurance companies and updated our policy to the best of our ability.

To ensure a calm, professional, and respectful environment for all clients and staff, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies:

✨ Punctuality ✨
Please arrive on time for your appointment, we understand sometimes (especially with Chard traffic currently it is hard to predict!) but If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment and your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. This is to avoid disruption to other clients’ scheduled treatments.

✨ Illness ✨
If you are feeling unwell, especially with anything contagious (e.g. colds, flu, stomach bugs, COVID-19, etc.), please contact your therapist with as much notice as possible to reschedule. This helps protect the health of our therapists and other clients.

✨ Children in the Salon ✨
Children are not permitted to accompany clients to appointments unless previously authorised by the therapist or the appointment is specifically for the child. We understand this is not always easy for parents, especially with school holidays… however we also want to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensures the safety and comfort of everyone in the salon.

✨ No-Shows & Late Cancellations ✨
No-shows will be charged in full. Late cancellations may also be subject to a fee. We appreciate your understanding in helping us manage our time and appointments efficiently.

✨ Respect & Conduct ✨
Lastly, and we’ve touched base on this recently, We ask that all clients treat staff with kindness and respect, we will always do our upmost best to accommodate our clients requirements, especially if appointments are changed last minute. But please respect our therapist’s and their work. Please also be mindful of other clients in the salon and respecting everyone’s personal space and experience.
