CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to a high number of last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice
when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice
will incur a charge of 50% of the booking total.

• Missed appointments (no-shows)
will be charged 75% of the booking total.
