Seeing real Human faces on Piccadilly Circus in London as part of this initiative is a reminder of how vital it is to prioritise our mental well-being.

Remind yourself to take a moment for self-care—whether it’s stepping outside, enjoying a swim, or unwinding with a good book or listening to music.

These small acts help recharge the mind and spirit, bringing a renewed focus.
