You might have seen us talking about Back to Nature Fest 26… 👀
Stacey from Time to Reflex is one of the organisers behind the event, and it’s something that’s been created from a genuine place of wanting to bring people together.
The day is all about slowing things down, spending time outdoors, and creating space to reconnect — with nature, with yourself, and with others. It brings together a mix of talks, workshops, and experiences, all set on Stacey’s farm in the Monmouthshire countryside.
It reflects a lot of what Time to Reflex is about too. Taking time out, supporting your wellbeing, and giving yourself space to reset in a way that feels natural and manageable.
