Happy Summer Solstice 🔆

As the sun rises on the longest day of the year, I’m reminded how much beauty there is in simply being present.

The changing seasons, the warmth of the sun, the quiet of the early morning, and the connection we find in nature.

Sometimes nature says everything, without saying a word. All we need to do is take a moment to appreciate it ✨

A quiet reminder to take care of her in the small, everyday ways 🌳🌿🌊🔆

How did you fill your cup this weekend? 🧘🏽‍♀️

Did you find time to rest, reset, or do something that nourishes you?
Maybe it was reading your favourite book, being with family, pottering in your garden, being out in nature, or just simply slowing down.

I went to the coast, which I love and also to give hayfever a break 🤧, breathing in the sea air.

Walked miles along the beach, a paddle in the sea, up over the cliffs and back down to the beach in time for sunset.

And a lovely surprise 🐈‍⬛ a cat on the sea front I’ve never seen that before 🤣 🥰

After a busy week at work, looking after my lovely clients, this is just what I needed to reset, and nourish my soul 💖🧘🏽‍♀️🔆🌊🪨

There’s something about the sea that just resets everything 🌊🔆
