I had a last minute request to make Big Dave a birthday cake on Monday, for collection today, and when asked for a school cake, I had to say yes! An absolute classic which filled me with nostalgia whilst I baked it, oh and we got to keep the offcuts 🤤😋

Another of the beautiful chocolate fudge cake, filled with milk chocolate ganache and a blackcurrant jam. Decorated simply, but effectively, with chocolate buttercream.

🤍 Sometimes simple is still just as super 🤍 My neighbours requested a classic Victoria sponge cake for a Sunday treat. For two reasons, because they’re one of my biggest cheerleaders and for belated birthday celebrations. Hope you loved it 🎂
