Most people focus on products.
But skin ageing is influenced by far more than what you apply topically.
UV exposure.
Inflammation.
Hormonal changes.
Stress.
Sleep.
Lifestyle.
Healthy skin is rarely built overnight. It is shaped by what happens consistently over time.
At Skin Principles, our approach is centred around long-term skin health, natural-looking results, and treatments that support the skin beneath the surface.
Clinical skincare with a long-term approach.
Ageing is natural.
But many women reach a point where their skin no longer reflects how they feel inside.
Changes in collagen, skin texture, firmness and overall skin quality can gradually leave skin looking more tired, dull or less resilient over time.
SkinPen works by creating controlled micro-channels within the skin to stimulate collagen and support long-term skin rejuvenation.
Used for concerns such as:
• Skin texture
• Acne scarring
• Pigmentation
• Fine lines
• Overall skin quality
For the women who want to age well, not differently.

Skin Principles
A calm, considered approach to healthy skin and natural - looking rejuvenation.

The Skin & Sound Studio is evolving into Skin Principles.
Over time, I realised I could no longer divide my focus between holistic therapy and advanced skin treatments in the way I wanted to.
Skin health is incredibly complex and deeply connected to factors such as stress, lifestyle, inflammation, and overall wellbeing - something I will always believe in and continue to educate around.
But as the clinic has grown, so has the level of treatment planning, follow-up care, and clinical focus required to truly deliver the results and standards I want for my clients.
Skin Principles represents a more focused direction: advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments delivered through a considered, results-driven approach to long-term skin health.
While the name and direction are evolving, the intention remains the same - personalised care, honest guidance, and treatments tailored to your skin and goals.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the journey so far.

This will always be my favourite treatment for bruising!
Same area. Same day. Just 30 minutes apart.
Using red and near infrared light therapy with Celluma to support circulation, calm inflammation and accelerate the healing process.
You can already see the shift… and it continues to improve over the following days.
Small treatment, noticeable impact!

Acne isn’t always about doing more.
In many cases, it’s about doing the right things - in the right order.
I often see skin that’s been over-treated, under-supported, or simply misunderstood.
In many cases, it becomes more sensitive, more reactive, and the barrier starts to weaken. 🫣
And that’s where progress stalls… or even starts to reverse.
When we take a step back and look at what your skin actually needs, everything starts to shift.
If your skin feels like it’s going in circles, you’re not alone - and it doesn’t have to stay that way!
We're here to help! Book your consultation over on the 'Book Now' tab.

Most people don’t want to look different.
They just want their skin to look better.
Clearer.
Smoother.
More like it used to.
If that’s you, you’re not alone.
That’s exactly where we start.

Most of the women I treat don’t want to look different.
They want to feel like themselves again.
I don’t often share before and afters, but I wanted to show this because so many people are put off by lip filler based on what they see online.
Overfilled. Unnatural. Obvious. 🫣
This was a first appointment using 0.8ml in the lips, with the remaining product placed to support the corners of the mouth.
Not to make the lips “bigger”, but to:
• improve hydration
• refine shape
• support the surrounding tissue
I used a cannula for most of the treatment to reduce trauma, and a needle only where precision was needed.
You may notice a little redness, especially around the corners. This is completely normal straight after treatment and settles quickly.
The corners of the mouth can be one of the hardest areas to treat, which is why results like this are built gradually, not rushed.
This will soften over the next couple of weeks. We reassess once everything has settled and only add more if it’s needed.
Subtle, balanced results are always the goal.
If you’re unsure what would suit you, you’re always welcome to book a complimentary consultation.
Did you know we offer aesthetic injectables?
Most people don’t… because we don’t post about them much.
But they are a big part of what we do.
Natural results, thoughtful treatment plans, and no pressure.
If you’ve been curious, book a complimentary consultation and we’ll talk through what’s right for you.
