After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to close JC Beauty at the end of April.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way! Your kindness, loyalty, and encouragement has meant more than I can put into words.

This chapter is coming to an end, but I’m incredibly grateful for the journey and everything it’s taught me. 💗

✨ Important Notice to All Clients ✨

I absolutely love what I do and I’m so grateful for every client who supports my beauty business. However, I need to address an ongoing issue that is seriously affecting my work - no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

When an appointment is booked and not attended, it means lost time, lost income, and missed opportunities for other clients who would have loved that slot. As a very small business, I rely on booked appointments to continue providing high-quality treatments and services.

To be able to continue running my business and providing high-quality treatments, I need everyone to respect appointment times. Going forward, I will be strictly enforcing my booking policy. Repeated no-shows will result in fees/deposits being required for future bookings or refusal of appointments.

I truly appreciate those of you who always show up on time and communicate when plans change, your support means everything. 💖
