I never thought that running my own business would mean I have to chase people just to get paid for the work I do. It is not something I ever wanted to post about, but I believe my clients deserve to know the reality I am dealing with.

This concerns yesterday’s the 17th of July 2026 appointment for BIAB Infills & Design at 21:15:
❌ No-show
❌ No contact whatsoever
❌ No explanation, no message, no reply to any emails or reminders sent – just complete silence
❌ Attempts to process the agreed fee failed: first due to insufficient funds on the card, then the payment could not be completed at all

This is already the fourth time how I was treated. . We all know how hard it is to build and sustain your own business. I ask only for what is fair: you pay for the service, just as I put my full effort, time and care into providing it for you.
My no-show policy is clear and has always been in place: 100% of the service fee is charged for "No Show" appointments without prior notice.
I stand by these terms not to be difficult, but because I have to protect my livelihood, my time and my business. I work hard and earn my living honestly.

This person knows exactly what she did, and she should be truly ashamed of themselves. It is no different than walking into a restaurant, finishing your meal, and then just walking out without paying the bill. It is dishonest, disrespectful, and simply not how anyone should treat another person. Especially local businesses.

If for any reason you cannot make it to your booking – all you need to do is simply say “I won’t be coming, I’m sorry”. That is all it takes. Instead, vanishing without a word and pretending nothing happened is simply unfair. That slot could have easily gone to someone else who was waiting and ready to come. I have been ghosted....

I don’t like having to speak firmly like this, but sometimes there is no other way to make things clear.
At the end of the day, I truly believe in mutual respect: everyone deserves to have their work valued, respected and paid fairly.

To all my wonderful, loyal clients who understand this – thank you from the bottom of my heart.
