Take a deep breathe.
I need to remind myself of this daily.
Breathing isn't just for labour.
Anytime you feel stressed, overwhelmed or anxious.
Pause and take several long deep breathe.
Will it fix the issue, no.
But will it help calm your nervous system, yes.
I regularly do this dealing with my independent 3 year old.

Managing hay fever while pregnant can be a total balancing act! 🤰✨
Your usual go-to meds might be off-limits, here are a few natural ways to survive allergy season:
🌼 The Barrier Method: Dab a little petroleum jelly (like Vaseline) around the inside of your nostrils to trap pollen before it gets in.
🕶️ Wear wraparound sunglasses when you’re outside to keep pollen away from your eyes.
🚿 Shower and wash your hair as soon as you get home to get rid of any lingering pollen.
🍯 Local Honey: Some swear by a spoonful of local honey to help desensitise your system (plus, it’s delicious).
Always chat with your midwife or GP before taking any over-the-counter antihistamines to make sure they're safe for you and baby! 🩺💛
POV: Protecting your birth energy like a boss. 👑🤰

your energy.
