Here’s something a little different from your usual massage 👇🏼

Negative pressure scraping works by lifting the tissue using suction, rather than pushing down into it.

This allows me to:
✔️ Reduce tension without excessive pressure
✔️ Improve circulation & recovery
✔️ Help release tight, restricted fascia

It’s a great option if you:
👉 Don’t like deep pressure
👉 Feel really tight or “stuck”
👉 Are recovering from training or long hours at a desk

You might notice some redness after — totally normal and part of the process 👍🏼
