Priming The natural lashes before going near them with glue is such a KEY step in the Lashing process!

This is why 2 hours is booked for appointment times.
Nothing is going to hold on to anything if there is oil on the surface.
Oil is used to break down glues.

Poor retention - upset client - potential loss of client!

Instead of booking your clients back in each time to ‘fill in the gaps’
It’s imperative to learn why Lash retention isn’t working.
It’s another level of frustration when you are fully booked but the odd clients lashes just don’t last? WHY!

Does this clients eyes water during their appointment? Shock polymerisation is probably the answer!

Did you prep the lashes? This should be a part of your service, using a primer removes all oils!

Speak to your client about aftercare!

The busiest season of the year for anyone in the hair and beauty industry!

Just remember to take the time off over Christmas you need! Don’t go in to burnout mode, get ready for your new year and set yourself new goals!

If you haven’t tried wispy, why not?

Practice on your family or friends or even on a strip lash like me!

If your practicing on human eyes, even better, just remember start with the longer lengths first, and remember to layer them underneath! REASON: if that layer of long lengths fell out, they wouldn’t be wispy anymore! So Layer, layer, layer! Then start to have fun! I’d recommend doing 2 sizes or lower in between to get that wispy difference!

Practice makes perfect! Go explore and have fun with creating your sets!
