Let me tell you why I called this shampoo and conditioner bar Lounja ?
Lounja is a Moroccan legend pretty much like Cinderella but instead for a shoe it was a long hair and instead of a ball it was a hammam ( women only please 😂) Yes they were a stepmother in the story and yes it tooks more than one Hammam organised by the mother of the Soultan to find the mysterious beautiful commoner with stunning long hair!

My grandma use to tell me that story she was Lounja my mum was and my sister too, but I use to be the black sheep with the crazy curly hair and Lounja stayed with me as something I will never be. I grow to love my hair! I could wear my hair in so many ways… and I become Lounja !!!
(Not the length obviously🤣)

So This is my Moroccan inspired bar with strictly Moroccan ingredients like;
Argan extract and oil
Flaxseed oil
Ghassoul clay
Rose oil and powder
Neroli rose & clary sage essential oils
Hibiscus….
and of course Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), commonly known as baby foam

So this why I name it Lounja ! ☺️

This is what’s keeps me going!!!
I save each of your Kind words in a special folder and when I feel drained and frustrated I go back to that folder for courage and to remember why I choose to do this !
