With the warmer weather, paddling pools and water play are a great way for children to cool down and have fun.

A few simple steps can help keep children safe:

💧 Stay within arm’s reach at all times
🚫 Never leave children alone around water, even for a moment
🪣 Empty paddling pools and containers straight after use
🌳 Keep ponds or other garden water safely covered or secured

Even a small amount of water can be enough for a young child to get into difficulty.

One morning, wrapped in warm neutral light, Cosy decided it was time. He climbed into the Cosy Cocoon tote bag — his favourite place — and peeked out with his soft little smile. He wasn’t just saying hello. He was saying: “I’m here now. I’m ready. And I can’t wait to meet your little ones.”

As the days passed, Cosy grew braver. He peeked out from baskets, curled up on blankets, and watched the world with his stitched smile and rosy cheeks. He wasn’t ready to show himself fully, but he wanted families to know he was here — gentle, kind, and ready to be part of something bigger.

Curious by nature, Cosy loves soft textures, warm light, and the feeling of being close to others. So he began exploring. A tiny foot here. A little antenna there. A soft green segment peeking out from under a muslin cloth. He didn’t mean to be seen — he was just excited. He could feel something special was coming.
