June empties 🧴✨

A month of skincare staples, SPF favourites and products that quietly earned a permanent spot in my routine.

As always, these are my honest thoughts after finishing every last drop—because you don’t really know a product until you’ve emptied it. 👀

Which one would you like a full review on next?

Hair loss and hair thinning aren’t the same thing 👀

Hair thinning = finer, less dense hair
Hair loss = increased shedding

When it comes to hair growth, don’t just chase trends—look for ingredients with evidence behind them, such as minoxidil, Redensyl, Aminexil, saw palmetto, caffeine and pumpkin seed oil

And remember, it’s not just what you use—it’s how you use it

✔️ Apply products directly to the scalp
✔️ Stay consistent
✔️ Give treatments at least 3–6 months to work

Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp ✨

Never give up on what brings you joy 🤍

The things worth having often take time, patience, and perseverance. There will be days when it feels hard, when progress is slow, and when you question whether it’s worth it.

Keep showing up anyway 🙌🏻

The hardest seasons often come just before the most rewarding ones ✨

💦 Botox isn’t just for wrinkles.

It’s also one of the most effective treatments for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). By temporarily blocking the nerve signals that activate your sweat glands, Botox can significantly reduce sweating—especially in the underarms—for around 4–6 months.

If excessive sweating is affecting your confidence or quality of life, know that you don’t have to just “put up with it.” There are effective treatment options available.

Would you consider Botox for sweating? Let me know below! 👇
