Amy has now finished competing at the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin and we are so ridiculously impressed and proud to share that she not only won the first Gold Medal of the Games for Team GB but her final medal haul is an astounding -
1 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze, 1 fourth place ribbon and 1 fifth place ribbon.

She’s got the whole collection!! 🏅

Amy you are truly brilliant, congratulations!

We will have a wee celebration in the cafe when she gets back!

Just a reminder that from this Monday 1st May, we are increasing our prices.

You will notice an increase on some of our services and as always, we are completely transparent with what’s going on. This is only the 2nd increase in the last 7 years but with the cost of everything else going up dramatically, we can’t absorb the costs as they are.

We are so grateful for you all and appreciate your understanding ❤️

You might have seen yesterday’s report on BBC news regarding an increase in allergies from gel polish which has brought up many conversations around safety within the nail industry.

While this could cause panic, we welcomed the information as it highlights the dangers of using non reputable cheap brands, non standard salons and at-home nail kits.

We have chatted about this lots, more recently in the salon and we know there are many great brands out there but for us, CND ticks all the boxes to ensure exceptional quality, vigorous testing, extensive research and all round safety.

We love gorgeous nails but we also care greatly about nail health and providing a trustworthy, professional service.
