Karen Keir From Breakdown To Breakthrough Transformational Life Coach
Helping women break self-sabotage, rebuild confidence, and rise after life’s toughest seasons. From breakdown to breakthrough. 🔥
Ever notice how getting knocked down by the flu or feeling unwell can feel like more than just a physical setback?
It’s not just the missed days… it’s the frustration. The loss of momentum. The voice in your head whispering, “You were doing so well… and now look.”
And when you’re building something — your coaching business, your purpose, your next level — it can feel like everything is slipping away.
This is the moment where many people move from progress into self-doubt.
But here’s the truth from my From Breakdown to Breakthrough coaching approach:
✨ A setback is not the end of your progress — it’s part of your growth rhythm.
Even in my own journey of building my coaching business, creating courses, and showing up day after day… I’ve had to learn this the hard way.
When your body forces you to slow down, it’s not failure. It’s feedback.
A reminder to:
• Rest without guilt
• Reset your expectations
• Trust your process, not just your pace
• Stay connected to your bigger vision
Because building a business — and a life — isn’t about perfection or constant output.
It’s about consistency over time… and the courage to come back.
The breakthrough comes when you return — not perfectly, but intentionally.
Start small.
Take one step.
Reconnect with your rhythm.
This is exactly how I’m shaping my coaching, my courses, and my business… day by day — not from pressure, but from purpose.
You haven’t lost everything you built — you’ve simply paused.
And sometimes, that pause is exactly what you need to come back stronger, clearer, and more aligned than ever.
💬 If you’re in a setback right now, remember: this is not your breakdown… this is your setup for your next breakthrough.

Your past experiences don’t just disappear.
They shape the way you think.
The way you love.
The way you react.
The way you see yourself.
What you went through as a child…
The words that were spoken over you…
The moments you felt rejected, unseen, unheard…
They don’t stay in the past unless you choose to face them.
Many adults are walking around today responding to life from old wounds.
Self-sabotaging because deep down they don’t feel worthy.
Over-giving because they learned love had to be earned.
Avoiding risks because failure once felt unbearable.
Unhealed experiences become unconscious drivers.
And here’s the powerful truth…
Just because your past shaped you,
doesn’t mean it gets to define you.
Awareness changes everything.
When you begin to understand why you react the way you do,
why certain patterns keep repeating,
why you shrink in some rooms and overcompensate in others…
You take your power back.
Your past may explain you.
But it does not have to control you.
This is where transformation begins.
Not by blaming the past —
but by healing it.
Because when you heal the root,
you change the future.
From breakdown to breakthrough — it starts within.

Starting your day with just 5-10 minutes of mindfulness helps gently awaken your mind and body, supporting a natural and healthy rise in cortisol - the hormone that helps you feel alert and ready for the day. By taking a few moments to focus on your breath or simply be present, you reduce unnecessary stress responses and create a sense of calm before the days demands begin. This small habit can improve emotional balance, sharpen focus, and set a steady, grounded tone, making it easier to handle challenges without feeling overwhelmed.
Bellow is my mini 6 step mindfulness technique guide you can implement at the beginning of your mornings setting you up to face the day and any challenges it may hold with less reaction less stress and overwhelm ensuring your day proceeds without unnecessary stress and overwhelm where it would normally occur

Last one at foundation level with the coaching masters now next week the accreditation starts website built and get this buisness built and up and running 😳😊
While on my coaching training and learning journey I am still working on myself to become the best version of me and to make sure I am in the best place possible to be a great coach for my clients, so of course I still endure set backs and had one recently but this is some advice I give if you are enduring a setback in your progress right now!
Setbacks can feel like a full stop… but they’re rarely the end of your story.
From a coaching perspective, I want you to see this clearly: a setback is feedback, not failure. It’s information. It’s a moment asking you to pause, reflect, and realign—not give up.
When life knocks you off track, the instinct is often to rush back to where you were. But real growth comes from asking better questions instead:
👉 What did this experience teach me?
👉 What needs to change so I can move forward stronger?
👉 Who do I need to become to handle the next level of my life?
Progress isn’t always linear. Sometimes moving forward looks like resting, reassessing, or even starting again—with more wisdom than before.
So if you’ve been set back recently, don’t let it define you. Let it refine you.
Take one small step today. Then another tomorrow. Momentum builds quietly before it becomes powerful.
You are not behind. You are in the process.
