It’s a common request for clients to want their ‘top lip bigger’ as this is usually the smaller lip🤏🏼

We added 1.1ml but focused more so on the top lip for a more balanced pout🫦

This final look was one of many which was achieved with multiple slow and steady injections over a period of many months to avoid migration 🥰

WHAT IF I AM CONCERNED ABOUT MY LIPS?!💉✨

This lovely client was a first timer for lip filler and had 1.1ml injected✅

Naturally, she was nervous as this was her first time and monitored her lips very closely for signs of an occlusion (brill🤩)

On day 10 post injection she messaged me saying she was concerned about some discolouration in her lips so I asked her to pop into clinic📝

On reviewing her pre injection photos (always taken as part of insurance policy) I noticed that she had some natural discolouration to her lips prior to injection which is TOTALLY NORMAL👌🏽everyone’s anatomy is different!

As a precaution, we completed a deep lip massage, applied heat pads for vasodilation and completed a blanching test to confirm blood flow was present in all parts of her lips 👩🏽‍🔬

As suspected, this was a safe discharge with no further treatment required🥰

However, it is VERY important to raise all concerns with your practioner and to choose a practioner who is willing to care for you effectively! Not just take your money and run 🤑

At remedy, you are ALWAYS welcome for a free check up! We recommend this 2 weeks after injection or sooner if there are any concerns and we will aim to see you same day⚠️
