An Introduction To Aromatherapy
This is such an interesting topic that can have incredible results with horses and I never even knew about it before I started this line of work. I would love to spread the awareness of aromatherapy and see more clients incorporate this into our massage sessions.

The Importance Of Yoga

Phototherapy on Taz
❓Wondering how this really works?Phototherapy doesn’t emit any sound, vibration or heat - it is a completely non invasive treatment! Red and infrared light photons move through the tissue when the device is applied to the skin and interacts with the cells. The photons reenergise the cells to produce more mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell) to improve cell function and promote repair. It also increases circulation, meaning more oxygen and nutrients are delivered to the cells - removing waste quicker. This also reduces inflammation / edemas, reducing pain.
❓When should I book this in?There is never a wrong time to book in a phototherapy session - consistency is key. I can add phototherapy onto any massage session and will always advise if I believe this will benefit yourself, your horse or all your other pets. If your horse is suffering from an issue / injury that would benefit from more regular application whether this be intensive in the space of a week or once a month outside of your regular sessions, I can be called out for quick phototherapy sessions.
