When Purple Meets Blue 💜 💙

What a transformation! Taking this look from a faded out colour to a VIBRANT blue and purple using Danger Jones Vivids

Vivid colours are always a statement, but they do require a little extra TLC to keep them looking their best.

To maintain your vivid colour use cool water alongside colour safe shampoo and conditioner when washing. Always use heat protection before any heat staying too. These three simple steps can make all the difference when it comes to keeping vivid colours looking vibrant for longer.

It’s been a minute! 😆

I know we’ve been quite on the socials, but that’s not to say things have been quiet elsewhere!

SARA has been working hard behind the scenes with her education and has been hosting some amazing events in the Macduff salon. As a team, we’ve been collaborating with artists from all over the world to upskill & add more strings to our bow. Even some of our clients have been involved! It’s been great fun 🤩

Sara will soon be working with colour brand - Danger Jones - down in Manchester at a huge industry event called HairCon in a couple of weeks time, and again in Glasgow the week after! 🔥

JEAN will also be working on stage at HairCon! And this time, not only as a hair model! After qualifying for Project Scotland last year, she has been working with her team on a beautiful collection that will be showcased for the first time at HairCon. We can’t wait to see what they’ve created 🤩

BOZENA has been incredibly busy this year with education of all sorts, and with the addition of plenty new clients visiting her in salon, she has added extra days in our Huntly salon to accommodate.
It’s so exciting to see her dive right in! 🙌

And finally, our gal SARAH FRASER is back in the Huntly salon on WEDNESDAYS (and the odd Saturday!) after returning from maternity leave. We are so delighted to have her back, we’ve missed her!

So much is happening all at once, but we are here for it! It’s so inspiring to see the team growing as stylists and creatives. 🔥🔥🖤🖤

Got to be one of my favourite coppers 😍

I’m absolutely obsessed with this copper! After rocking reds for a while, we decided to switch things up and move over to copper 🧡

The dimension in this colour is unreal as you can see the brighter ribbons of copper mixed with those deeper tones running throughout the hair.

First I created a balayage using 9 Levels to lift the hair using a balayage technique. Then we created this stunning copper tone using Danger Jones semi permanent colour 🔥

Purple Raccoon Vibes 💜

We wanted something different that felt richer with a deeper tone. So we decided to switch things up from a faded out blue to a vivid purple.

This brought back more depth and dimension, giving the colour a whole new vibe ✨

I’ve just had a wicked day with Ewan & Alicia learning all things ALT hair!

From rainbow colours, formulating vivids, short textured cuts, razor cutting, clipper work and so much more.

I’ve learned loads today and had the best time expanding my skills! I can't wait to bring even more to the salon.

So a huge thank you to & for such an amazing day 🫶

There’s just something so satisfying about a big restyle! Every time I do one I feel I need to do the same 🤣

Oil Spill Brunette 🌈

Playing around with vivids to achieve all of these beautiful colours!

Not your average dark brunette but definitely one of my favourites! The colour melts through the lengths showing all the different colours from every angle.

And no I couldn't just pick one photo, I couldn't decide if I liked the light on or off 🙈
