"I really dont want to workout today"
This was one of those days for me. Feeling tired, the workout felt hard, my hands hurt... but then I saw someone else pushing hard, and it inspired me to go and try and see if I can rep a higher weight then I have in a while (even though this took me away from what I was actually training today).
Despite months of health challenges, I ended up hitting a heavier deadlift then I have in months!! The hardest days can become your biggest wins, so when you really just "dont feel like it", or "feel too tired", try going and you might surprise yourself!

My apologies for the recent radio silence! I've had a big business change, as well as continuing with mobile Personal Training, I have now officially joined the team at PureGym 🥳 🙌
I'm excited for this new chapter and can't wait to help even more people on their fitness and health journey, both in and outside the gym!

I'll start! Mine was definitely sugar! Those cravings felt impossible to beat, and dieting didn't help, only made them worse, but I found a way to manage them sustainably without cutting anything out completely.

Alfie couldn't straighten his leg due to playing football on a leg that wasn't ready for it, the top photo are of him trying to straighten it as much as possible, he was limping and in severe pain after the muscles cramped up and pulled the knee out of place/in the wrong direction. 😳
After a few hours of rolling, stretching and specific exercise based on his muscles helped pull the knee back in place, get rid of the constant pain, and stop it feeling like it was being pulled apart. 🥳 This is the bottom two photos.
Now to get back on track in strengthening the leg, hip and knee to enable him to play football again without being laid up for days or weeks later! 💪
