Afternoon all. I have two 1 hour appointments or one 1 hour and one 30 minute massage appointments available tomorrow afternoon from 4-6 if anyone is in need of muscle relaxation, de-stressing and/or rehabilitation session. Message for more information

So finally Vitalise Massage Therapy with myselft is back up and running alongside PC Wellbeing Therapy with Paul at TruGym, Chatham Dockside.
For those of you who saw Billie she is no longer treating here, but with myself and Paul we have a male and female Sports Therapist available with all the PPE in place to ensure your treatment is received with the upmost care.
We now have more available time slots and are open to take bookings from today on wards.
Treatments start from £25 for 30mins and £40 for the hour. For those requiring regular treatments we have offers that may suit you better.

Exciting News......Gyms are opening on the 25th of July, in 2 weeks. This will hopefully allow us to regain any muscle we've lost and allow me to open up the doors again to Massage Therapy. Opening date to be set up for Massage is the 1st of August. Inquire after the 25th to get yourselves booked in 🙏
