When you wash your hair every day it strips away the natural oils and proteins that you need to keep your hair and scalp healthy, so try to limit hair washing to three times a week if you can!

Hey everyone 👋 so iv been MIA for a while as I was busy growing my little 'or should say big’ family 💗 However I’m ready to get back to my first love! I have 4 beautiful children who I absolutely adore ❤️ iv been happily married now for 8 years this July! However that all changed when my older sister took me to the hairdressers for the first time! I honestly did not know the miracles a hair salon could do! Some may even call it witch craft 🧙🏻since that day I have been obsessed with how transforming someone’s hair can truly impact and change how somebody feels about themselves and that really warms my heart ❤️ and brings me so much joy 🤗
