Because of the beneficial effects of volcanic lava stones, this treatment calms the nervous system, deeply relaxes, relieves stress and creates harmony of body, soul and spirit. The muscles are massaged with warm, heat-retaining lava stones, relieving muscle stiffness and reducing muscle pain. This massage is performed with cold-pressed grapeseed oil.

What is Swedish massage?
Swedish massage is the most common Western massage technique, which refreshes the body, relaxes the muscles and reduces fatigue with its smoothing, rubbing, kneading and tapping movements.
It is of medium strength and intensity, and it helps with kneading muscle tissue, improving blood circulation, and reducing stiffness in the joints. Oils are used during the massage to ensure a smooth, flowing movement.
A longer massage is performed with more detailed, evenly distributed movements.
