Our aim is to continue to raise awareness of menopause and the support options available for improving weight health and wellbeing. This is why, during the week of 15th October our Menopause peer to peer team will be collaborating with the Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Live Kitchen & App Academy teams to support menopause themed events.

Whether you are living with menopause yourself, supporting someone who is, or have an interest in this aspect of wellbeing please join us for one or more of the events listed in this timetable.

Of special note is our event on World Menopause Day, Wednesday 18th October at 8pm, showcasing our team of menopause coaches.
All events are open to all WeightWatchers members. To access these events please go into Connect and search for the Menopause Support group where you will find all the necessary details.

Happy #PancakeDay! 🥞 How will you be eating yours... are you team savoury or team sweet (or both like us)? Ingredients (makes 6 pancakes): 1 large ripe banana mashed 2 eggs 1 tsp of sweetener 1/2tsp of baking powder 30g of ground oats Method: Mix all of the above and leave batter for 10/15 minutes before cooking. I use a good quality non stick frying pan putting it on a medium heat 🔥to get the pan hot. I then pour the mix to the pan and immediately turn the heat to a low gentle flame 🔥. Once the pancakes 🥞 are starting to bubble on the surface carefully flip them over to cook the other side. I cook them in batches and put them on a wire rack whilst cooking the rest. Toppings: 🥞 Blueberries 0 point homemade lemon curd, lemon flavoured fat free yoghurt, lemon rind and blueberry coulis. Pancakes and toppings = 2 points 🥞 Spinach, roasted mini plum tomatoes, chilli jam, streaky bacon, fried egg. Pancakes and Toppings = 7 points 🥞 Chocolate chips, Banana, chocolate spread and chopped hazelnuts Pancakes snd Toppings = 7 points 🥞 Strawberries, white chocolate stars, caramel syrup and mini jammie dodger Pancakes and Toppings = 6 points
