Feels like forever since I posted… life’s been lifing 🤪

It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these… I was looking back through old pictures and came across this one on the left.

Yes the lightings better, yes my angles better… but so is my skin care, self care and mindset … it also proves

Hi I’ve had a few new followers recently so thought it would be a good time to reintroduce myself.

I’m Jen, I live in Leeds UK and I run Trusted Aesthetics Leeds.

I’m totally an outdoor girl, growing up I started horse riding when I was three and you could always find me covered in mud.

I have two children Kaitlin and Harry. When I’m not working we love exploring the Yorkshire countryside.
I love training dogs and train my German shepherd in a sport called IGP.

I have been a Dental hygienist/therapist since 2005 and added Aesthetics to my skills set in 2020. I trained with the Derma institute in London and I am constantly adding to my qualifications as I work. You can never stop learning.

I have recently started a journey of self growth, spending time working on my health. I work out regularly and enjoy researching healthy foods. I also enjoy coffee and fizz 🥂

I love spending time with my family and friends but I am a total introvert I love being quiet and being at home in my space to recharge. My friends would say, I am hard working, honest, passionate and supportive with an added twist of stubborn sass!!

I try my hardest to have a positive outlook although this can be over taken by an over energetic amount of nervous energy and anxious thoughts! I love being around positive people and listening to their ideas it’s how we grow and learn about ourselves.

I’m lucky to be surrounded by incredible people both on and off line.

When your clients look like this it would be rude not to share them ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

➡️ to see the before pictures, this client didn’t like the uneven sizing of her lips and the curl of her upper lip… we have worked slowly over a period of sessions to create I think these perfectly balanced full lips.

When I asked what she wanted
“ full in the middle not the outer edge juicy lips 👄 “
I think we accomplished this and I absolutely love the results

COMMENT FROM A MAN TODAY ….

“Do you even recognise yourself anymore!”

Yep you read it right 🤣 there were a few answers I could have said but my reply was

“Yes I do the happiest healthiest version of myself”

The girl in first picture is so proud of where she is now and how she got there … so yes I do recognise myself 💪🏻

The thing that annoyed me about this comment, isn’t the actual comment it’s the fact he thought it was appropriate and ok to ask that question 😅 and this isn’t something that happens rarely it happens regularly to women where we’re asked these types of questions or had comments made towards us based on assumptions! It is not ok to put someone else down based on your opinion or assumption keep that to yourself 🤪
