My own skin

So I’ve always suffered with my skin but since working in my current job I felt it got worse I work in a pharmaceutical which involves me working in a clean room meaning I have to gown up which I found didn’t help my skin at all having problematic skin anyway. I tried all different products and just always seemed to still break out, I found using acids in my routine and having to be gowned up just aggravated my skin. I’ve now cut my routine down to gentle products no acids/toner literally cleanser, moisturiser n spf n monthly treatments. Products with acids in was too harsh n tripping my skin ruining my protective barrier causing me to break out all the time, since following my simple routine morning and night and having monthly Advanced Skin treatments from my self my skin has improved I’m so happy with the improvement over the past few months.
