This is where so many artists slip up…
They focus on the timer instead of the brow hairs😭
If the hairs are still springing back and feel resistant, they’re not ready yet, if this happens we recommend checking in 30 second intervals to make sure you don’t then overprocess and compromise the brow health.
When they move easily and stay exactly where you place them that’s your cue to remove the product👏
We get so many messages from customers saying their brow lamination or lash lift didn’t turn out as expected… and most of the time, it’s because they didn’t check the hair.
Stop guessing the timing. Start reading the hair 👏
Your results will become instantly more consistent once this clicks.

A question we always get asked about is can we re-lift? Sometimes a lash lift doesn’t take the way we expected, maybe the lashes are resistant or maybe timing was slightly off. This happens sometimes.
we get asked this all the time:
“when can I relift if it didn’t take?”
here’s the rule
- within 48 hours: you can relift using half the original processing time, ONLY if the lash health is still intact and no overprocessing signs, check the lashes in 30 seconds intervals)
- after 48 hours: wait it out. do not relift again until the 6-8 weeks.
