Well these were the tiniest ears I’ve cleaned so far ….. resulting in the most wax I’ve removed to date !!!
Bilaterally impacted, was was removed over 2 sessions .
Thursday we attempted with warm water irrigation, with very little result . Wax was hard and deep seated . Sent client home to continue using oil and returned this evening.
Warm water irrigation completely removed it all … client can’t believe just how clear and loud everything sounds !!

This client was delighted with result and full hearing restored

This evening’s client was suffering total hearing loss and painful headaches.
Switching techniques a few times we managed to remove the largest piece of wax to date .
The wax on the right of the pictures was removed from the other ear with irrigation.
You can only imagine the relief felt !!!
