Something really beautiful happened to me in my recent visit to Glastonbury … and I felt called to share it with you.

I met a lady whose energy was just… pure. You know when you can feel someone’s soul before they even speak? She creates artwork through channeling, and every single piece carried something so deep and powerful.

As I looked through her cards, I was drawn to one in particular… a butterfly. Not just because it was beautiful, but because I felt it. Like it was speaking to something inside me.

She didn’t have any left.! I accepted that, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

When I went to leave, she handed me my bag and said softly,
“I’ve put a little gift in there for you.”

When I opened it… it was the butterfly.
The one I had been drawn to. The one she didn’t have.

She had taken it from her display book… and given it to me. Just like that. No hesitation. Just love.

And in that moment, I cried.

Not because of the picture… but because of what it meant.

It felt like being seen.
Like something in me had been recognised without me having to explain it. Like the universe was gently saying…

“You’re on the right path.”

The butterfly is transformation. It’s becoming. It’s stepping into who you were always meant to be.

And I truly believe… when something is meant for you, it will find its way to you.

You don’t need to chase it. You don’t need to force it. You just need to be open enough to receive it.

So if you’ve been doubting yourself lately… If you’ve been questioning your path…

Let this be your reminder:

✨ What is meant for you will always find you
✨ You are seen, even when you feel invisible
✨ Your transformation is already unfolding

💫Spring Equinox Ritual – Returning to Balance💫

✨ A moment to honour both your inner world and the life blossoming around you

What you’ll need (optional, keep it simple):
• A candle 🕯️
• A small bowl of water
• Something natural (flower, leaf, crystal)

The Ritual

Find a quiet moment… morning or evening…
This is your time.

Light your candle
As you do, say softly:
“I welcome the light and the new season.”

Place your fingers in the water
Let it represent your emotions, your inner world.
Take a slow breath…

Close your eyes and breathe deeply 3 times

Now reflect gently:

✨ Where in my life do I need more balance?
✨ What part of me is ready to grow and be seen?

The Activation

Place one hand on your heart…
one on your womb or solar plexus…

Say:

💫 “I honour both my rest and my rising.”
💫 “I step forward in balance, trust, and renewal.”

Closing the Ritual

Hold your flower/crystal/nature item…

Whisper or think:

“I am in harmony with the rhythm of life.”

Blow out your candle slowly…
knowing this new season is now opening for you

“Just like nature begins to bloom…
so do you.”

Find a quiet moment just for you…

Light a candle (or sit in stillness)
Place one hand on your heart, one on your womb/solar plexus
Take 3 slow, deep breaths

Gently ask yourself:

✨ What am I ready to leave behind before this new season begins?
✨ What am I ready to step into?

Say softly or within:

“I release all that I am complete with.”
“I welcome in the new with an open heart.”

Write down one intention you wish to carry into this next chapter.
