❗️6 MONTH TRANSFORMATION ❗️
⬇️ 3 STONE DOWN ⬇️ (106kg to now 86kg)
This is my client Roy, who has lost 20kg in the past 6 months. By implementing cardio, resistance training and changing his eating habits we have managed to build muscle whilst loosing fat. Having lost this amount of weight (see photo for the amount he’s holding!!!), he is much fitter, finding exercising easier, having less added pressure onto his joints. By loosing this weight, Roy has now reduced the risk factors for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and stroke.
Roy stated “my knees are not hurting as much now that I’ve lost this weight, I was in constant pain on a daily basis when I had the extra weight. I was worried about loosing so much weight and having loose skin, but including weights into exercises has enabled me to build muscle too! I now feel 10 years younger wearing suits to work. Thank you Maz!”

POSTPARTUM TRANSFORMATION

My fiancé Anna’s postpartum transformation after delivering our child, Caspar, 10 weeks ago 💪🏼
6 weeks after giving birth Anna was given the all clear to exercise again after a natural birth so she was able to start training twice a week with myself.
4 weeks of sessions included:
- Improving Anna’s strength and endurance in the core and pelvic floor
- Regaining her muscle loss in the legs and glutes by incorporating exercises using the BBG resistance bands
- Walking 10k steps 5 days a week to help regain stamina
- Maintaining a high protein, healthy and varied diet while staying in within her calories but still able to have a treat every now and again!

This is so nobody reaches a plateau and there is a good variety also, the positivity of the results, recipes and help and support from my team and each other will help you every step of the way 🙌🏽 - we are excited to see what can happen when the gyms reopen and the gym plan section begins...

Can’t describe how happy we on how well these girls have done following and my BBG plan 🙌🏽 - They have followed the BBG guide workouts, home workouts and the recipes. These girls have already made amazing transformations and that’s without using the 6 week gym guide that this plan also comes with!
More home workouts have been uploaded this week and more to follow during lockdown... This plan is ever evolving and is truly something else with the ongoing support in the Facebook community.

~ Make sure you do the warm up from the plan OR from the last video before any exercising
~ Make sure you have enough space and no obstructions or dangerous objects, pets or children

Mountain climbers x 30
Leg extended cycles x 30
Elbow to knee crunches x 30
