Nobody warned me that motherhood could make me look in the mirror and miss myselfđđ.
How are mothers expected to "bounce back"⌠while still healing physically, mentally, and emotionally?
Because every scroll says:
"Snap back."
"Get your body back."
"Look like yourself again."
Meanwhile many mums are quietly grieving:
their confidence, identity, and the body they once knew.
Maybe your postpartum body isn't the problem sefđ¤ˇââď¸đ¤ˇââď¸.
Infact the problem all began when the world chose to celebrate only woman who are sacrificing everything but still pressures them to erase every sign of it.
Well, healing started for me when I stopped fighting my body and started working with it.

Thatâs project management. Strategy. Emotional intelligence.
Youâre not lacking skills, Youâve just never been shown how to use them differently.

Lazy people;
