Aldersbrook Medical Centre is bringing back the festive magic - and Santa is once again making his way through Hackney to spread cheer and share a few surprises along the way! 🎁✨

He’ll be starting at Aldersbrook Medical Centre and travelling through the neighbourhood, giving families the perfect chance to come outside, wave, and soak in the Christmas spirit. 💫
