I’ve been winding down this afternoon after a busy morning prepping for going back to the office tomorrow and in the process doing some research on how to turn my home more natural and greener. 🌎

So as you do on your Sunday afternoon I turned to reading the back of my day to day products. I was shocked and so I have decided to name and shame!

I have found 3 big brand names in my bathroom with the following ingredients listed:

❌Parabens
❌Sulphates
❌Propane
❌Artificial Fragrances
❌ Propylene Glycol
❌DEA/MEA

I was shocked to say the least, these ingredients have been associated with skin, eye and respiratory irritation and allergies as well as having carcinogenic effects. 🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️

This is why I have made a change to as the products are safe for me and my family!
