Itโs official!
Iโm a Coaching Master!!!!
12 weeks gone so fast, Iโve learnt so much. I feel so connected, pumped and driven!
I now have all the skills I need to be a great coach, combining my degree with my spanking new accreditation puts me in an amazing position to change lives, smash through limitation and empower lives all around the globe!

This week is and was mental health awareness week and this week I had to realise my greatness isnโt dependant on how much I work!!! Omg! Iโve been so hard on myself because i feel like Iโm moving too slowly! This week Iโve learnt that my value is due to my inner awareness and thatโs one thing that makes me super-great!
Your mindset is so important, it governs the way you work and operate.
If you want to be great and want to feel great, you have to believe that you are in existence already and be willing take the steps and actions to keep it there! Self-discovery is a tool that can bring you great fulfilment ๐

What a pleasure it was shooting and talking with for their April edition and Magazine relaunch on RESILIENCE.
I spoke to them about the things I do, how I use resilience as a power for motivation and success. You get to hear about rejections in my career and how I dealt with them.

Sometimes growing hurts, not just you but it always triggers those around you. Always remember at heart space you are moving towards a direction or freedom. Unconditionally understand that some people may be limited in such thoughts, show love and understand your journey is different. ๐

Wow guys!
Iโm 3 weeks away from completing my coaching accreditation course, which puts me in the TOP 1% of coaches WORLDWIDE! How amazing is that?!
Iโve developed my skills in order to be the absolute best coach for all my clients, itโs been a great journey and Iโve learnt so much in the 9 WEEKS that have already gone past!
I am now in the best position to help people change their life, with my psychology degree helping us uncover issues and the coaching accreditation helping us smash through those things! ๐ฅ with that extra sprinkle of spirituality to help you holistically!_

A question I come across often is,
Is self-love selfish?
Letโs define selfish;
selfish
/หsษlfษชส/
adjective
(of a person, action, or motive)
lacking consideration for other people; concerned chiefly with one's own personal profit or pleasure.
"I joined them for selfish reasons"
The answer is yes and no. Except, there is one thing that both share, but in different ways.
When you are selfish, you are acting from a place of inconsideration of others.
But when youโre practising self-love you are acting from a place of inner knowing, this in turn makes you more compassionate and considerate of others.
Are you self-ish?

Do you self-love?

If you could do one more thing daily to show love to yourself what would it be?
For myself I think I would be put less pressure on myself and listen to my mind to minimise making mistakes as but also being prepared for them.

Wrote this lovely short piece to express my ideas on the characteristics that women around the world share.
I call this;
THE INTERNATIONAL WOMAN.
What does it mean to be Woman?
To be woman is to be love. -
Intelligence without ego.
What does it feel like to be woman?
To be soft yet strong.
To be deep yet firm.
What does it take to be woman?
The power to Determine. To Boss. Give LIFE.

Iโm not sure if you remember but a couple of months back I started embarking on my personal self-empowerment coaching qualifications and practise as well as personal growth actually.
Well,
I am so happy to say I have completed the training and I am slowly but surely opening for business!
I am so happy to be supported and trained by The Coaching Masters, and now I am completing my accreditation, to compliment my Psychology BSc degree! This journey has been amazing so far, Iโve been able to receive, learn and embody coaching techniques as well as put my skills to use with my clients at my new job !
