Have you ever wondered how the 80-ton Gopuram was lifted to 216-foot height at the Tanjore Brihadeeswarar Temple, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, Bhārat?
The Temple was built by King Raja Raja Chola (I) between 1003 and 1010 CE
Raja Rajeswara Temple is dedicated to Bhagavan Shiva and located in Thanjavur, which lies in the delta of the Cauvery River.
It entered the UNESCO World Heritage Site list in 1987 and is also a part of "Great Living Chola Temples"
Historians and archaeologists have long wondered how exactly the temple was built. There’s no granite to be found anywhere nearby–not for at least 50 miles. Yet the temple is formed of 130,000 tons of it, often huge giant pieces of it that would be impossible for any human to move. There is no binding material, only interlocking stone–something never found in tall buildings today. Plus, it’s intricately carved, which is a difficult feat considering granite is such hard rock.

Ever since the Pinocchio Government has re-assumed office since November 2019 - pending the outcomes of various electoral petitions against electoral fraud brought against them by the opposition - fraud, corruption and money laundering have been happening every single day in the Offshore sector of Mauritius and now the EU are asking for more financial enquiries to be done for Mauritius to be able to officially come out of their financial blacklist.
The EU must surely have been observing the Pinocchio Government, its poor Finance Minister and its even poorer criminal Justice system aghast at how the St Louis Gate and various other financial crimes have been masqueraded into petty fines with no criminal charges held against the perpetrators of those organised crimes as they still roam freely on the streets of Paradise Island. Time has come to act judiciously against all these white collar criminals who think they own the country!
