International Women’s Day is a reminder of the strength we carry in so many different ways.
Not just in the weights we lift, but in the challenges we face, the resilience we build, and the way we support one another along the way.
I’m constantly inspired by the women who show up in my classes: showing courage, determination, and a willingness to grow stronger every single day.
Whether you’re just starting your journey or pushing new limits, your strength matters and it deserves to be celebrated.
Today is about recognising progress, lifting each other up, and continuing to create spaces where women feel powerful, confident, and capable.

“What weight should I pick?”
My answer is always the same…
Can you pick up your child with ease? 👀
The average toddler weighs 10–15kg. If lifting that feels heavy, that’s your starting point. Not the 2kg (pink) dumbbells because they look right. Not what the person next to you is using. Your real-life strength is the benchmark.
We don’t train just to look strong.
We train to live strong.
To carry the shopping.
To lift our kids.
To one day scoop up our grandchildren without hesitation.
Gone are the days of growing old and frail.
We are growing older and stronger. 💪🏽

Strong women raise strong humans 💪
One of the reasons I absolutely love teaching Mum & Baby classes is because we’re normalising movement from such a young age. Your little ones get to see exercise as part of everyday life — not a chore, but something positive, and empowering ✨
Another beautiful part? Watching mums nurture their babies while also taking time to nurture themselves through movement. That balance of motherhood and self-care is powerful. Strong mums raise strong babies — and I feel so grateful to hold that space for you 🫶🏾
