True story...

The before photo I actually sent to a lovely lady I know who performs anti wrinkle injections. I was a little apprehensive and wanted to try something non-invasive first.
(I never say never to things, and I may even use Botox in the future.)

The next week I started using Red Light Therapy and a few weeks later using Gua Sha & Natural Lift Facial Massage weekly.
My skin is more supple, youthful and brighter.

I have tried to reduce my sugar intake, increase my water consumption and trying my best to move more everyday.
