Bespoke facial treatments and ambient skincare therapy from an Acne and anti-age expert

13/02/2023

I’ve met this beauty in September 2022 and we immediately started working on her skin. Time was of the essence as she was about to go abroad at the end of the year.

This client have been on Accutane two times and had taken antibiotics for a very long time. She has been to few salons but got turned down by the staff who refused to book her appointment.

Knowing she will travel for few months, my main priority was to heal the inflammation, stop it from spreading and heal as much of her condition as I possibly could.

She has a personalised routine she’d follow morning and evening. I’ve done changes to her eating habits, added some supplements and a whole lot of my skin magic 🪄

I am mind blown by how much we were able to achieve in just a few months. I cannot wait to see her again, once she is back so I can treat her scars and give her the skin she deserves.

I’ve almost forgot how to create a post 😁 I mean I have to laugh at that 5 months break from here.

Anyway, I wanted share some results from today.

My client is pregnant so I’ve done the entire facial without using any machines.
She is now sculpted, toned, hydrated and so glowing. I’m so happy 🥰
I really got to enjoy her hands only facial. No machine can replace the human touch, especially when used with intention and today I was reminded exactly that ✨🤍

Look at those amazing results.
I’m currently working with this client on her post Acne pigmentation.

We are still working on them but I couldn’t help myself but share the amazing progress she has after ONLY TWO sessions🤩

She is having a home routine I’ve created for her needs and with products I recommend to speed up the process.

I’m so grateful for the role I have and the opportunity to heal and help people. If you need support and you tired of dealing with your skin on your own drop me a DM and let me give you the skin you deserve😊

Hyaluronic acid helps skin plump and reduce fine lines and wrinkles created by the lack of moisture. But when used incorrectly, it can actually dehydrate your skin. Be careful if you decide to incorporate it in your skincare routine.

With so many beauty products available to us now, it's easy to forget that sometimes the simplest approach is the most effective – particularly when it comes to skincare.

You can download my skincare planner with detailed examples and explanation to guide you through the process. Link in bio

SKINCARE MISTAKES 💆‍♀️

Small mistakes in your skincare routine can pile up and bring some troubles you have to deal with.

Here are the most common skincare mistakes and why you should avoid them.

▫️ Over-exfoliating it could be doing more harm than good.
Some exfoliating products can cause tiny skin tears and impair the skin's barrier, leading to inflammation.

▫️Applying sunscreen daily is one of the essential steps in our skincare routine. And, yes, you should use SPF every day, regardless of the season.

▫️Makeup brushes can hold a ton of dead skin cells, bacteria and the dust-all thing you don't want to have on your precious skin. Make sure to wash your brushes and makeup tools at least once weekly.

▫️ Make sure you are using products that are suitable for you. I know we are bombarded with recommendations from all directions, but you must know your skin and use only the products you truly need to avoid damage.
Remember, what works for someone won't necessarily work for you.

We've all made mistakes with our skincare, so don't be too hard on yourself. Remember-progress not perfection.

Don't forget to save this post and share it with your friends. 🤍

Skincare ingredients you should never mix - part 2

When choosing skincare products, knowing which ones will mix and layer well together is imperative.

AHAs/BHAs + Retinol
They both stimulate cell turnover, and your skin may get irritated when you use them simultaneously.

Retinol + Benzoyl Peroxide
Benzoyl Peroxide is a potent oxidant, so pairing it with Retinol can easily make it ineffective.

Retinol + AHAs/BHAs
Both ingredients stimulate cell turnover, so using them separately and on different nights is better.
